Visitor Information:

Citi Field features unprecedented amenities and comfort for Mets fans, sports fans and visitors to the New York metropolitan area. The open-air ballpark connects the Mets' National League heritage to the future and to the City through a number of unique design elements.

The ballpark features some of the widest unobstructed concourse in new sports and entertainment facilities. Concession stands and restrooms are located within the facility's exterior walls leaving the circulation areas with uninterrupted views of the field.

The Field Level features 360-degree, walk-around circulation around the ballpark with expansive field views and ample standing room. The Promenade Level features a split-deck design providing uninterrupted views into the ballpark from the circulation and concession areas.

PEPSI PORCH
This 1,284-seat area in right field extends into and over fair territory by eight feet. Tickets for the Pepsi Porch are half the price of the nearby Excelsior seats.

Don’t miss the Shake Shack, the popular burger stand Shake Shack is next to another Danny Meyer restaurant, Blue Smoke, behind the scoreboard.

Directions:
The Long Island Rail Road from Penn Station or Woodside stops right at Shea with easy connections to the best of Long Island and New Jersey Transit.

The 7 train stops in front of the stadium’s main entrance, in front of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda.

Visitor Tips:
Fans on the Field Level are permitted to seek autographs along the Field Level railings where permitted during batting practice from 2 hours before game time (see Gates Open) until approximately 1 hour before game time. The 2K Sports FanFest is located on the Concourse Level in center field, and is fun for the whole family. Centered around Mr. Met's Kiddie Field, a scale version of Citi Field, the 2K Sports FanFest features a batting cage, base running challenge, dunk tank, video game kiosks, a live DJ and more! Mr. Met has also been known to make a daily appearance. Weather permitting, the 2K Sports FanFest will be open 2 hours prior to ever every Mets home game, and will remain open until the 7th inning.
