Discover Grand Central Terminal in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Nearly half a million people people pass through the doors daily, it is the most recognizable train terminal room in the world.
Tourist attractions include the Sky Ceiling, the famous Center information booth with four-face brass clock on top, Shops, Restaurants, The New York Transit Museum Shop and Gallery, and Grand Central Market. The Central Market is a New Yorks European-style food hall. There is also a venue for ongoing public events and shows - Vanderbilt Hall.
For fine dining you have a few great choices, Charlie Palmers, Michael Jordans The Steak House N.Y.C, and our favorite - The Landmark restaurant Oyster Bar and Restaurant, which has been in operation since the terminal opened. We also recommend the Campbell Apartment, voted one of the Best Bars in America.
