There's always something exxciting to see at the New York Aquarium. Stop by Sea Cliffs to visit Brooklyn's biggest Pacific walrus calf. Catch one of the daily feeds for sharks, penguins, walruses, and sea otters. Dont miss the lively Aquatheater training demonstrations, starring Duke and his fellow California sea lions. Kids will love it!
Hours:
The Aquarium is open 365 days a year. We open at 10:00 a.m. daily, and closing times vary seasonally.
Admission:
Admission is $12.00 for adults, and $8.00 for children ages 212 and senior citizens (65 and older). Children under 2 years of age are admitted free.
Directions:
BY SUBWAY Take the F or Q train to the West 8th Street station in Coney Island, Brooklyn.
BY BUS Take the B36 to Surf Ave. and West 8th Street. Or take the B68 to Neptune Ave. and West 8th St., then walk south along West 8th to Surf Ave. (Other bus routes in Brooklyn, as well as buses from other boroughs intersect with B36 and B68.)
