Midtown West is home to many of New York's top attractions, such as Rockefeller Center, the United Nations, Grand Central Terminal. There are many good hotel choices here. East of Park Avenue the neighborhood has many large corporate office building. If you need to stay near the UN, try the the Millennium Plaza. It has wonderful views of the city and Bridges along the East River. Closer to the shopping on 5th Ave, there is the Omni Berkshire Place, it features rooms that are larger than typical in Manhattan. As you move towards Broadway you start getting into the west side where the Broadway Theater District is located. |
